"Aso" (the application) is provided by "Incom" (us) and available as an application from the Play Store, the App
Store or on the web via aso.incom.xyz.
By using Aso you agree that:
- Incom is not responsible for any of the content posted by you as a person in the Aso application or shared
through the application.
Any content that you post in Aso can be removed by Incom without your consent because Incom wants to maintain a
and friendly community in Aso. Having said that, we do not plan on removing any content and have not yet done
Incom will try to help you with faulty in-app purchases, but cannot guarantee to replace missing items.
Items purchased in Aso are not refundable, i.e. any in-app purchases made are not refundable. This restriction
is in place
due to the policies on in-app purchases by Google and Apple.
Any animations uploaded to Aso in the form of posts are free for everyone to remix using the in-app
functionality. This functionality
specifically allows you to open any post in the editor of the app, which consequently allows you to post a remix
of any post.
This can be transformative content, however, it can also be a mere copy.
With this in mind, we want to point out that we cannot at all ensure that the animations posted in Aso are
not used by others and
there are no tools from our side, which attempt to prevent this.
Occasionally, there might be promotional content from Incom posted to third-party platforms that include
animations from Aso's users.
When the animations are in the center of the content, we generally ask you as a user for permission to use your
Incom is not obligated to ask you since you give Incom the permission to use your animation commercially by
posting it in Aso.

You may not stress our online services (like databases) in any unintended way, i.e. not in any way that is not
the Aso application itself or use any of the services outside of the Aso application in general.
We would like to see you only using the Aso services as much as needed for regular operation, i.e. not
send more than one request of a kind. If you want to publish a post, make a purchase or take any action in Aso,
only take the corresponding action once. If something is not working as expected, you can restart the
